Employers Guide To ADHD

The Scottish ADHD Coalition has produced this wonderful resource on ADHD in the workplace- I particularly liked it because it focused on the positive attributes of ADHD and how we can be an asset to the workplace and talked about adjustments that can be made to support people with ADHD in the workplace. These ‘minor adjustments’ are in line with the Equalities Act 2010 and are perfectly reasonable to ask of your employer.

You can find the document on the Scottish ADHD Coalition’s page and I would encourage you to share it with any adult you know who has ADHD, particularly if they are experiencing challenges in the workplace.
